The Federation of Chinese Associations (VIC) Inc. (FCA) was established in August 1979. It is a non-profit, non-religious Chinese community organisation registered in Australia. Over more than four decades of development, FCA has grown to represent over 180 member associations, making it one of the largest, most representative and influential peak Chinese community organisations in Victoria.

FCA is committed to uniting Chinese community organisations, advocating for community interests, promoting Chinese culture and serving the wider community. For many years, FCA has played an important bridging role by connecting member associations, coordinating community resources, engaging with government and promoting multicultural exchange.
